从花生壳中提取菲丁的工艺探讨

Study on the Technology of Extracting Phytin from Peanut Shell

  • 摘要: 用“逆流两浸一洗循环法”提取花生壳中菲丁,提取率可达3.1%~3.2%。洗去花生壳中的灰沙,不用铁质设备粉碎,浸酸时加入0.3%~0.8%的NaCl,用活性炭脱色,可消除有色有机物及金属离子对产品质量的影响。

     

    Abstract: The phytin in peanut shell was extracted, by using the method of twice-soaking,once-washing and adverse current circulating.The percentage extraction of 3.1%~3 2% was achieved. Adding sodium chloride of 0.3%~0 8% in the acid-soaking process and decoloring with active charcoal can improve the quality of phytin.
