The Synthesis of α-hydroxy Phosphonate Compounds without Solvents

  • 摘要: 在室温、无溶剂条件下,用少量三乙胺作催化剂,芳醛与亚磷酸二乙酯直接反应得到α-羟基取代膦酸酯类化合物.该方法具有产率较高(86%~99%)、操作简便、反应条件温和、反应时间短、对环境友好等优点,有推广价值.

     

    Abstract: In the existence of triethyl amine(Et3N) as a catalytic,α-hydroxy phosphonates are prepared from aromatic aldehydes and diethyl phosphite by one-step successive reaction at room temperature without solvents. This method provides several advantages such as high yield(86%~99%) ,simple work-up procedure,shorter reaction time,milder conditions and environ-mental friendliness,and show its widely applied value.
