On the second power mean of Dirichlet L-function

  • 摘要: 利用经典的 Kloostermann和估计与解析方法讨论了 Dirichlet L-函数的一个二次加权均值 ,得到了一个有趣的均值分布定理

     

    Abstract: By using the classical estimation of Kloostermann sum and the analytic method we study the second power mean of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of general Kloostermann sums,and give an interesting second mean value theorem.
