透明质酸-喜树碱复合体的合成及表征

Preparation and Characterization of Camptothecin-hyaluronic Acid Conjugate

  • 摘要: 通过酯化反应制备喜树碱-20-O-3,3′-二硫代二丙酸酯,并基于酰胺化反应将己二酸二酰肼、透明质酸和喜树碱-20-O-3,3′-二硫代二丙酸酯连接,形成喜树碱-20-O-3,3′-二硫代二丙酸酯-己二酸二酰肼-透明质酸复合体,采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对中间体及目标产物进行了表征.

     

    Abstract: Camptothecin-20-O-3,3′-dithiodipropanoate was synthesized with camptothecin and 3,3′-dithiodipropionic acid as start materials through esterification.A camptothecin-hyaluronic acid conjugate was prepared by amidation of hyaluronic acid and camptothecin-20-O-3,3′-dithiodipropanoate with dipodihydrazide.The obtained products were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.
