Measurement of the Electronic Charge by the Voltage-current Characteristic of PN Junction

  • 摘要: 利用PN结正向压降温度特性实验组合仪,通过测量PN结的正向伏安特性,在PN结电流小于200μA情况下,采用非线性回归方法计算了电子电荷量,该测量值1.582×10-19 C,与公认值1.602×10-19 C的相对误差仅为1.2%.

     

    Abstract: The PN junction forward voltage characteristics were measured by using the temperature dependence on the positive-going voltage drop of PN junction.The electronic charge was calculated to be by nonlinear regression of electronic charge when the current of PN junction is less then 200 μA.The measured value of the elemental charge is 1.582×10-19 C.The relative error between the measured value and the recognized value of the elemental charge is 1.2%
