绿色建筑增量成本影响因素分析

Influencing Factors of Incremental Cost in Green Building

摘要: 目前绿色建筑在我国的发展潜力巨大,而没有准确地把握绿色建筑的增量成本是制约绿色建筑发展的重要原因.对绿色建筑增量成本的影响因素进行分析,提出了技术措施、项目所在地域、项目定位及可行性研究开展的时间这四个影响因素,并在此基础上提出了减少绿色建筑增量成本的途径,为绿色建筑的发展提供了一定的理论依据.
