  • 摘要: 从橡子皮中提取得到了一种棕色色素，该色素具有良好的耐光、耐热和抗氧化性能。

     

    Abstract: One kind of brown coloring matter has been extracted from skin of Quercus acutissima seed and it has good light resistance, heat resistance and anti oxidative ability.
