酚醛树脂基减摩复合材料的研究

Study of phenolic-resin matrix tribo-reducing composite

  • 摘要: 通过实验研究了树脂基减摩复合材料中树脂、纤维对减摩材料的机械性能、摩擦性能的影响 .在此基础上 ,以实验室自制的改性酚醛树脂为基体 ,以混杂纤维及复合润滑组份为增强材料 ,研制出一种高强度、低摩擦系数小磨损量的酚醛树脂基纤维增强减摩复合材料 .这种新型材料已通过技术成果鉴定 ,可望应用于电车滑块、机车受电弓等多种用途 .

     

    Abstract: One kind of novel phenolic-resin matrix tribo-reducing composite was studied here.At the same time,some factors which influence the machanical property and friction property of this coposite were analyzed.The results show that this tribo-reducing composite has high strength and low friction coefficient.This new style material will be used in the field of electric contacts and slides.
