不同光强对铜绿微囊藻生长及叶绿素荧光动力学的影响

The Growth and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Dynamics Change of Microcystic Aerugiuosa Treated with Diffe

  • 摘要: 利用连续激发式荧光仪,通过测定铜绿微囊藻PSⅡ的最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、QA被还原的最大速率(Mo)、照光2 ms时有活性的反应中心的关闭程度(VJ),研究不同光强对铜绿微囊藻生长及叶绿素荧光动力学变化的影响.结果表明:铜绿微囊藻生长和进行光合作用的最适光照为40μE.m-2.s-1.强光胁迫使铜绿微囊藻的荧光参数Fv/Fm显著降低,而Mo与VJ则明显升高,细胞分裂速度也显著降低.

     

    Abstract: The effects of the different light intensity on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in microcystic aeruginosa were studied by using unmodulated chlorophyll fluorometer.The results indicated that under his experimental condition,the optimum light for the growth and photosynthesis of microcystic aeruginosa is 40 μE·m-2·s-1.Strong light intensity results in the significant decrease of the fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm of microcystic aeruginosa and cell growth rate and the obvious increase of Mo and VJ.
