Catalytic synthesis of n-butyl chloroacetate with TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2

  • 摘要: 首次以固载杂多酸盐 Ti Si W1 2 O40 / Ti O2 为多相催化剂 ,通过氯乙酸和正丁醇反应合成了氯乙酸正丁酯 ,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响 .实验表明 :Ti Si W1 2 O40 / Ti O2 具有良好的催化活性 ,醇酸物质的量比为1.4∶ 1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的 2 .0 % ,反应时间 0 .5 h,反应温度 130~ 139℃ ,产率可达 6 6 .5 1% .

     

    Abstract: The synthesis of n butyl chloroacetate by using TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 as catalyst has been studied.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of n butyl alcohol to chloroacetic acid is 1.4∶1,the quantity of catalyst is equal to 2.0% feed stock,the reaction temperature is 130~139 ℃,and the reaction time is 0.5 h.TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing n butyl chloroacetate and it...
