原子吸收光谱法测定芦荟中微量元素

Determination of ten trace elements in aloe by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

  • 摘要: 用 HNO3 - HCl O4(4 :1)混酸作消化液处理样品 ,用原子吸收光谱法测定了样品中的 Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Co、Ni、Ca、Mg、Cd、Pb等 10种微量元素 ,方法简便、快速 ,标准加入回收率在 96 .0 %~ 10 5 .0 %之间 .

     

    Abstract: Ten trace elements including copper, iron,calcium, magnesium,zinc,nickel,cobalt,cadium, manganese and lead in aloe are determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The sample are copled with wet digesture, the results obtained are satisfied.
