火焰原子吸收光谱法测定枸杞子中的金属元素

Determination of metal elements in Fructus Lycii by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

  • 摘要: 用HNO3-HClO4(4∶1)混酸作消化液,对枸杞子进行消化处理.用火焰原子吸收光谱法对消化后溶液中的Mg、Ca、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Co、Ni、Pb、Cd等10种元素进行测定.结果表明,枸杞子中含有大量人体所必需的金属元素,为进一步合理有效地利用枸杞这一宝贵资源提供了理论依据.

     

    Abstract: Fructus Lycii was digested with HNO3HClO4(4∶1) mixed acid. Ten metal elements including mangnesium ,calcium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, cobalt, nickel, lead, cadmium in the solution were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results obtained show that Fructus Lycii contains higher amount of metal elements which are very essential to human body.Therefore, it will be significant to utilize the precious resource reasonably and effectively.
