2-苯基咪唑并1,2-a吡啶的无溶剂无催化剂合成

Catalyst-free and Solvent-free Synthesis of 2-Phenylimidazo1,2-apyridines

  • 摘要: 在无溶剂条件下,无需催化剂,2-溴-1-苯基乙酮和2-氨基吡啶发生缩合反应生成了一系列2-苯基咪唑并1,2-a吡啶化合物,产率达55.0%~90.0%,产物结构由1H NMR,IR和MS得到确认.该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简便、产率高和环境友好等优点

     

    Abstract: 2-phenylimidazo1,2-apyridines were synthesized via the condensation reaction of 2-bromoacetophenone and 2-aminopyridine under the conditions of catalyst-free and solvent-free with yields of 55.0 % ~ 90.0 %.The structures of the products were characterized by 1 H NMR,IR and MS techniques.The proposed technique has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,simplicity,and environment-friendly.
