火焰原子吸收光谱法测定复方丹参片中微量元素

Determination of trace elements in fufangdanshen tablet by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

  • 摘要: 利用原子吸收光谱法测定了中成药复方丹参片中 Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、K、Na、Mn、Cu、Cr、Ni、Co、Sr、Cd、Pb等 1 4种元素的含量 .详细研究了消化液 (混酸 )种类、HNO3和 HCl O4 的比例、消化液体积及消化时间对测定结果的影响 .测定结果表明 :复方丹参片中 K、Na、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn和 Sr的含量较为丰富

     

    Abstract: The fourteen trace elements of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, sodium, manganese, copper, chromium, nickel, cobalt, strontium, cadmium and lead in Chinese traditional medicines (fufangdanshen tablet) were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The effect of the type of digesting solution (mixed acid), the ratio of mixed acid, the volume of digesting solution and the time of digesting were investigated in details.
