中国农业高质量发展的空间差异研究

Spatial Differences of High-quality Agricultural Development in China

  • 摘要: 基于新发展理念视角,构建农业高质量发展评价指标体系,利用时变熵值法测度2003—2020年中国30个省份的农业高质量发展水平,进一步采用Dagum基尼系数对中国农业高质量发展的空间差异进行实证考察。结果表明:(1)样本期内,中国农业高质量发展水平呈上升态势,呈现出明显的“点—面”扩散趋势和自东向西阶梯推进特征。(2)中国农业高质量发展具有显著的空间非均衡特征,但总体空间差异呈持续缩小态势,区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源。据此,解决中国农业高质量发展的空间非均衡问题,核心在于缩小四大区域之间农业高质量发展差距。

     

    Abstract: Based on the perspective of the new development concept, an evaluation index system for high-quality agricultural development was constructed. The time-varying entropy method was used to measure the level of high-quality agricultural development in 30 provinces of China from 2003 to 2020, and the Dagum Gini coefficient was further used to empirically examine the spatial differences in high-quality agricultural development in China. The results indicated that: (1) During the sample period, the level of high-quality agricultural development in China showed an upward trend, showing a clear “point to surface” diffusion trend and a stepwise progression from east to west. (2) The high-quality development of agriculture in China had significant spatial disequilibrium characteristics, but the overall spatial differences continued to shrink, with regional differences being the main source of overall differences. Based on this, the core to solving the spatial imbalance problem of high-quality agricultural development in China was to narrow the gap in high-quality agricultural development between the four major regions.
