具有疫苗接种和标准发生率的ZIKV感染模型

A ZIKV Infection Model with Vaccination and Standard Incidence Rate

  • 摘要: 研究了一类具有疫苗接种和标准发生率的ZIKV感染模型。利用再生矩阵方法,计算得出了模型的基本再生数(R0),证明了模型平衡点的存在性以及局部稳定性。结果表明:当R0<1时,无病平衡点是局部渐近稳定的;当R0>1时,地方病平衡点是局部渐近稳定的。基于疫苗接种对病毒感染的影响,分析了疾病传播的动态。

     

    Abstract: A ZIKV infection model with vaccination and standard incidence rate was investigated. The basic reproduction number (R0) of the model was obtained by applying the next generation matrix method, the existence of equilibrium and local stability of the model were proved. The results showed that, when R0<1, the disease-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable; when R0>1, the endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable. The dynamics of disease transmissions were analyzed based on the effect of vaccination on viral infection.
