淮河生态经济带城市生态韧性空间差异及动态演进

Spatial Variation and Dynamic Evolution of Urban Ecological Resilience in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt

  • 摘要: 构建城市生态韧性综合评价指标体系,利用全局熵值法测算2005—2020年淮河生态经济带城市生态韧性指数,并分析淮河各区域城市生态韧性的时空特征、区域差异及动态演进;采用Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计和Markov链方法揭示城市生态韧性的区域差异来源、分布动态及演进趋势。研究发现:淮河生态经济带城市生态韧性综合指数不高但呈现上升趋势,城市生态韧性不断增强,区域之间城市生态韧性存在较大差异,北部淮海经济区的城市生态韧性高于东部海江河湖联动区和中西部内陆崛起区;三大区域空间非均衡特征明显;北部淮海经济区呈现两极化特征,其余区域并未出现极化现象;淮河生态经济带城市生态韧性向高水平方向转移趋势明显。

     

    Abstract: A comprehensive evaluation index system for urban ecological resilience was constructed. The urban ecological resilience index for cities in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt from 2005 to 2020 was calculated by using the global entropy method. The spatial and temporal characteristics, regional differences and dynamic evolution of urban ecological resilience in different regions of the Huaihe River were analyzed. The Dagum Gini coefficient, Kernel density estimation and Markov chain method were employed to reveal the sources of regional differences in urban ecological resilience, its spatial distribution dynamics and evolutionary trends. The results indicated that although the comprehensive index of urban ecological resilience in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt was not high, it showed an upward trend, indicating continuous enhancement. There existed significant differences in urban ecological resilience among different regions, with the Northern Huaihai Economic Zone exhibiting higher urban ecological resilience compared to the Eastern Ocean-River-Lake Linkage Region and the Central-Western Inland Rising Region. The spatial unevenness in the three major regions was apparent. The northern Huaihai economic zone exhibited a distinct pattern of polarization, in contrast to the absence of such phenomenon in other regions. There was a clear trend of urban ecological resilience shifting towards a higher level in the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt.
