儿茶素治疗阿尔兹海默症的研究进展

Research Progress on Catechins in Treatment for Alzheimer's Disease

  • 摘要: 阿尔兹海默症是一种渐进性中枢神经退行性疾病,因与认知功能相关的神经元异常而导致记忆衰退.茶叶中主要活性成分儿茶素具有抗氧化、抗炎症、抑制胆碱酯酶活性等作用,能够预防阿尔兹海默症.利用60篇文献综述了儿茶素治疗阿尔茨海默症的作用机制,总结了近10年儿茶素在动物实验上治疗阿尔茨海默症的研究进展,并对未来的研究方向提出展望.

     

    Abstract: Alzheimer's diseaseis is a progressive degenerative disease of the central nervous system, caused by the abnormal neurons associated with congitive function. Catechins, the main active ingredients in tea, have the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, inhibiting cholinesterase activity and so on, whose can prevent Alzheimer's disease. The mechanisms of catechins in treatment for Alzheimer's diseaseis were reviewed with 60 references. The research progress of catechins on animal experiments for curing Alzheimer's diseaseis in recent 10 years were also sumarried. Further, the future research of cathechins on Alzheimer's disease were prospected.
