LED商用荧光粉的发光特性研究与应用分析

Study and Analysis of Luminous Properties for Commercial LED Fluorescent Powder

  • 摘要: 针对LED商用荧光粉在配粉应用中存在的问题,选择450 nm的蓝光作为激发波长,以市场上5家企业生产的多款LED商用荧光粉为研究对象,对其发射光谱和激发光谱进行深入的发光特性研究.结果表明:同一企业不同种类(或颜色)的荧光粉发光强度相差很大;同一种颜色不同峰值波长的荧光粉发光强度相差很大;不同企业同一种颜色的荧光粉发光强度相差也比较大.针对上述问题,根据光谱设计原理、实际发光光谱结构以及整体光电色性能的需要,提出了LED荧光粉在高性能LED光源配粉应用中的技术设计思路和方案.

     

    Abstract: In view of many problems existing in the application of LED commercial phosphors in powder blending, the blue light of 450 nm is selected as the excitation wavelength, and many LED commercial phosphors produced by five enterprises in the market are taken as the research objects, and their emission spectra and excitation spectra are deeply studied. The experimental results show that the luminous intensity of different kinds (or colors) of the same enterprise is in a big difference, the luminous intensity of the same color and different peak wavelength is very different, and the luminous intensity of the same color of different enterprise is also quite different.In order to solve the above problems, according to the principle of spectral design, the actual structure of luminous spectrum and the needs of the whole photoelectric color performance, the technical design idea and powder blending scheme of LED phosphor in the application of high performance LED light source are put forward.
