银纳米线/石墨烯复合薄膜的制备及其透明导电性能

Preparation and Transparent Conductive Property of Silver Nanowire/Graphene Composite Film

  • 摘要: 研究了不同浓度银纳米线对单层石墨烯薄膜的透明性和导电性的影响.紫外-可见漫反射光谱表明,银纳米线/石墨烯复合薄膜的透光率达到85.60%;四探针电阻测试仪表明,银纳米线/石墨烯复合薄膜的方块电阻为0.210 kΩ.

     

    Abstract: The transparency and conductivity were systematically analyzed for the silver nanowires/monolayer graphene composite films.The transmittance of as-prepared composite films was measured by means of UV-vis spectra and reaches up to 85.60% in the visible light response.The typical sheet resistance of the composite films was reduced to 0.210 kΩ.
