民族药三角咪的SPME-GC-MS研究

Study of Ethno Drug Herb of Style Pachysandra with SPME-GC-MS

  • 摘要: 采用固相微萃取技术(SPME)提取三角咪中的挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其挥发性化学成分进行分离与分析.结果表明:从三角咪植株根、茎、叶中共分离鉴别出104种挥发性成分,根中分离鉴定出了40种,茎中分离鉴定出了50种,叶中分离鉴定出了60种,挥发性物质含量分别为42.91%、71.11%和92.22%.其中三角咪各部位均含有的挥发性物质有13种,三角咪植株中主要的成分有:水杨酸甲酯(17.04%)、(S)-4-甲基-3-乙基-1-戊醇(7.29%)、α-紫罗酮(3.72%)、14-甲基十五酸甲酯(2.90%)、alpha.-金合欢烯(2.39%)等.

     

    Abstract: Volatile compounds of Herb of Style Pachysandra were extracted by solid phase micro extraction (SPME) and were analyzed and identified though gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The pharmacological effects and the photochemical reaction of volatile compounds were investigated. 104 plant volatile constituents of Herb of Style Pachysandra were identified through computer retrieval. There were 40 kinds of plant volatile components in root of Herb of Style Pachysandra, 50 kinds of plant volatile components in stem of Herb of Style Pachysandra and 60 kinds of plant volatile components in leaf of Herb of Style. Plant volatile components of root, stem and leaf of Herb of Style Pachysandra had 42.91%、71.11% and 92.22%, respectively. Root, stem and leaf of Herb of Style Pachysandra had 13 kinds of same volatile components. The main ingredients were Methyl salicylate (17.04), (S)-4-methyl -3-Ethyl-1-Pentanol (7.29%), alpha.-Ionone (3.72%), 14-Methyl-Pentadecanoic acid methyl ester(2.90%), alpha-Farnesene (2.39%) and so on.
