选择、突变、遗传漂变共同作用下演化系统的适应景观

Adaptive Landscape for an Evolutionary Process Under the Condition of Mutation, Selection and Random Drift

  • 摘要: 通过解析地给出演化系统在突变、选择、随机漂变共同作用下的适应景观,讨论了演化过程相应的动力学行为.与已知的结果进行了比较,结果显示适应景观在这一系统是存在的,构造适应景观方法不受维数限制.

     

    Abstract: The adaptive landscape was analyzed and the dynamical behavior corresponding to the evolutionary process under the condition of mutation, selection and random drift were discussed. Compared with the known results, the conclusion can be drawn that the adaptive landscape for the system exists and the construction method is not limited to the dimensions.
