钢管碱激发矿渣混凝土柱偏压性能试验研究

Experimental Research on the Bias Behavior of Alkali⁃activated Slag Concrete⁃Filled Steel Tubular Co

  • 摘要: 为研究钢管碱激发矿渣混凝土新型材料组合结构柱的偏压力学性能,以膨胀剂掺量及偏心率为变量,制作了4根钢管碱激发矿渣混凝土中长柱,并对其进行偏压力学性能试验研究.研究结果表明:钢管碱激发矿渣混凝土中长柱的偏压破坏过程可分为线弹性阶段、非线弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、塑性阶段和破坏阶段5个阶段;相同偏心率条件下,膨胀剂的掺入可延长钢管碱激发矿渣混凝土柱的弹性工作阶段,提高其偏压极限承载力;相同膨胀剂掺量条件下,随着偏心率增加,钢管碱激发矿渣混凝土柱的弹性工作阶段缩短,其极限承载力呈非线性降低趋势,应变和侧向挠度随偏心率增加;套箍效应系数v等于0.275可作为本次试验构件弹性工作阶段和弹塑性工作阶段的界限值.

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the bias mechanical behavior of the new materials composite of alkali-activated slag concrete -filled steel tubular(AASFST) columns under eccentric load,four middle long columns of AASFST were made with different expansive agent dosage and the eccentricity to do mechanical property test under eccentric load. The experimental results showed that the stress damage process can be divided into five stages: linear elastic stage, non linear elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage, plastic stage and failure stage. Under the condition of the same eccentricity, the elastic working stage of AASFST column can be extended by the addition of expansive agent, meanwhile its ultimate bearing capacity was improved too; Under the condition of the same expansive agent dosage, the elastic working stage of AASFST column was shortened, and its ultimate bearing capacity decreased nonlinear, strain and lateral deflection increased; the value 0.275 of confined effect coefficient v can be seen as the boundary value of the elastic working stage and the elastic-plastic working stage of the test.
