聚结晶紫膜传感器测定槲皮素

Determination of Quercetin by Poly Crystal Violet Film Sensor

  • 摘要: 利用电化学聚合法制备聚结晶紫膜修饰玻碳电极传感器.在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究槲皮素在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,此修饰电极对槲皮素氧化和还原能力具有明显的增强作用.实验条件经优化后,槲皮素在聚结晶紫膜修饰电极上的氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×1 0-6 ~1.5×1 0-4 m o l/ L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9 9 7 ,检出限为8. 0×1 0-7m o l / L.用于芦丁水解产物中槲皮素的测定,回收率为1 0 2.8%~1 0 4. 3% , R S D 2. 5%.

     

    Abstract: The poly crystal violet film modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by electrochemical polymerization method.The electrochemical behaviors of quercetin on the modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry  in phosphate buffer.The results showed that the poly crystal violet film could increase the electrochemical response of quercetin on electrode. Under optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current of quercetin had good linear relationship with its concentration in a wide range of 5.0×10-6~1.5×10-4 mol/L with a related coefficient (R) of 0.995 and detection limit of 8.0×10-7 mol/L (RSN=3). The method was used to detect rutin quercetin in hydrolysate ,the recoveries were 102. 8%~104. 3%,and RSD<2.5%.
