反应⁃蒸馏合成双丙酮醇工艺研究

Process Research on Reaction-distillation Synthesis Diacetone Alcohol

  • 摘要: 以丙酮为原料、采用反应-蒸馏装置,在大孔型阴离子交换树脂的催化作用下,合成双酮醇,通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了合成的最佳工艺条件.最佳工艺条件为:进料流量1.58 mL/min,反应温度25 ℃,反应时间2 h,双丙酮醇的收率可达80%

     

    Abstract: Diacetone alcohol was synthesized by using acetone as raw material, in reaction-distillation installation and under the big-holed anion exchange resin catalyst. The optimum conditions were determined by single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions were: the feed flow rate was 1.58 mL/min, the reaction temperature was 25 ℃,the reaction time was 2 hours.The yield of diacetone alcohol was 80%
