XL2576 本安型不间断电源的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Essential Safety Power Supply using XL2576

  • 摘要: 设计了一种矿用直流不间断电源, 解决了矿用供电电网停电导致通信及监控设备无法正常工作的现状. 该系统采用降压型 DC- DC 转换器 XL2576、 三端可调稳压管 LM317T 及 LM339 实现对不间断电源的管理. 在交流供电正常时, 由交流供电系统供电;当交流电发生故障时, 由镍氢蓄电池提供电源, 满足了矿用不间DC- DC 转换器;矿用不间断电源; XL2576 ;蓄电池断电源的要求. 测试结果表明:所设计的电源负载效应及源效应均小于 5%, 纹波电压小于 1%, 满足本安型电气设备的要求.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the communication and monitoring equipments don’t work due to grid failure, a mine-used uninterruptible power supply was designed. The management of uninterruptible power supply was realized by DC-DC Converter XL2576, LM317T and LM339. When AC power is not normal, the Ni-MH battery supplies power, so the continuous work of the loaded resistance is ensured. The test results showed that the designed power supply has low load effect and source effect lower than 5%, wave voltage under 1%, the specification reached the requirements of intrinsically safe electrical equipment
