续断片及其盐炙品高效液相指纹图谱

HPLC Fingerprint Chromatograms of Dipsacus asper and Salt-processed

  • 摘要: 采用 Agilent C 18 色谱柱(4.6mm ×250 mm,5μm), 流动相乙腈- 0.05% 磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱, 流速1.0 mL·min-1 , 柱温 25 ℃, 建立了续断片和盐续断 HPLC 指纹图谱的测定方法, 以川续断皂苷Ⅵ为参照峰, 标定了29个共有峰. 结果表明, 该法重复性好, 专属性强, 可为续断片和盐续断饮片质量控制提供科学依据.

     

    Abstract: The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of Dipsacus asper and salt-processed was established on an Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with isocratic elution of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature of 25 ℃. There were 29 common peaks which referred to asperosaponin Ⅵ.The results showed that the method was repeatable, exclusive and could provide scientific basis for quality control of Gentiana rhodantha
