N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺/衣康酸吸水树脂的合成及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Water-absorbent Resin based on N-methylol Acrylamide / itaconic Acid

  • 摘要: 采用水溶液聚合法制备了N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺/衣康酸吸水树脂.以吸水倍率为评价指标考察合成条件对树脂性能的影响,确立了合成的最佳条件为:单体摩尔比1∶4,衣康酸中和度85%,交联剂用量为0.08%(单体总摩尔分数),引发剂用量为0.4%(单体总摩尔分数),反应温度为50℃,其吸水倍率为736 g/g,吸水树脂的形貌采用SEM进行了表征

     

    Abstract: Water-absorbent resin based on N-methylol acrylamide/itaconic acid was prepared via aqueous solution polymerization. The synthesis conditions for the resin performance were studied on the basis of water absorption ratio. The optimum conditions for synthesis were obtained as follows: the monomer ratio was 1∶4; the neutralization degree for itaconic acid was 85%; the cross-linking agent and initiator amount was 0.08% and 0.4% of total molar equivalents of monomer, respectively; the temperature was 50 ℃. The water absorption ratio was up to 736 g/g. The morphology of the water-absorbent resin was also investigated by SEM
