酿酒酵母中心代谢网络动力学建模

Kinetic Modeling of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Central Metabolic Network

  • 摘要: 以酿酒酵母中心代谢网络为研究对象进行代谢网络动力学模拟,将酶反应速率方程改写成普适的形式,模拟了以葡萄糖为碳源的一次生长代谢状态,计算得到了代谢网络达到稳态的代谢流分布以及全部代谢物浓度随时间变化的情况,并将模拟得到的代谢流分布与实验结果进行了比较,结果具有一致性.

     

    Abstract: The Saccharomyces cerevisiae central metabolism of exponential growth via generic enzymatic rate equation was simulated. Metabolic fluxes and metabolite concentrations of Saccharomyces cerevisiae central metabolism were calculated over time. The calculated results were in good agreement with the experiments in literature.
