  • 摘要: 在pH 4.2的BR缓冲溶液中,甲基蓝本身的共振光散射信号较弱,与人免疫球蛋白(H IgG)作用后引起体系共振光散射信号显著增强,最大散射峰位于410 nm.详细研究了甲基蓝体系测定H IgG的最佳反应条件,包括甲基蓝的浓度、反应时间、pH值等.实验结果表明,在最佳反应条件下,共振散射光强度与HIgG的浓度在0.3115.3 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.检出限为0.1 mg/L.更多还原

     

    Abstract: In BR buffer(pH 4.2),human immunoglobulin(HIgG) reacts with methyl blue to form ionassociation complexes,which greatly enhances the resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) intensity of the system at the wavelength of 410 nm.The optimum reaction conditions including pH,the concentration of methyl blue and the reaction time were investigated.Under optimum condition,the RRS intensity at 410 nm was linear to the concentration of HIgG in the range of 0.3115.3 mg/L,and the detection limit was 0....
