钙离子对光暗适应罗氏沼虾感光细胞中膜结合Gq蛋白α亚基的影响

Effects of Calcium on the Membrane-bound Gq Protein α Subunit in the Photoreceptor Cell of Macrobrac

  • 摘要: 用蛋白质提取液提取膜结合Gq蛋白α亚基并SDS-PAGE电泳,利用Tanon G IS凝胶图像处理系统分析其含量.光暗条件下,在3种溶液孵育后的感光细胞中都提取到了42 kDa的膜结合Gq蛋白α亚基.高钙溶液、生理溶液、低钙溶液孵育后的感光细胞中膜结合Gq蛋白α亚基的含量,光适应组分别是4.58%、4.63%、5.05%;暗适应组分别是4.56%、4.94%、5.13%.

     

    Abstract: The membrane-bound Gq α was extracted from the retina of the Macrobrachium rosenbergi with protein extract and was electophoresised by SDS-PAGE.The percent of the membrane-bound Gqα was analyzed by Tanon GIS gel image disposal system.After the incubation in three solutions,the membrane-bound Gqα in 42 kDa was all extracted from photoreceptor cell.The percent of the membrane-bound Gqα in photoreceptor cell in high calcium solution,physiological solution and low calcium solution light adaptation was 4.63%,4.5...
