Abstract:
The phosphor for LED,(Ba,Sr)2SiO4∶Eu2+,was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction under reducing atmosphere.The experimental results indicate that the emission peaks of the phosphor move to longer wavelength along with the decrease of Ba/Sr ratio.The concentration of the doped Eu2+ not only affects the emission intensity of the phosphor,but also influences the position of emission peak.During the preparation of the phosphor,the luminescent property is greatly affected by sintering temperature ...
