Abstract: This article sketches the appraisal index,determines the weight of appraisal index and establishes the coordination model to quantitative analyze the scientific nature of optimized allocation of urban construction land resource.Then it takes the Wuhan city as an example to find the rationality of allocation of urban construction land resource.
