摘要: 通过对信阳师范学院高职住宅楼平面设计方案的分析，总结出了该方案具有“四明、四分、三大、一多”等建筑设计特点，且方案较好地体现出了住宅的居住性、舒适性、安全性和利益均衡性。

Abstract: According to the analysis of the Plane Design Scheme of Housing for Senior Tittle teachers,this paper concludes some characters of this scheme,there are "Four Bright、Four Divergent、Three Large and One Many".This scheme preferably embodies the Housing with Settleness、Comfort、Security and balanced benifit.
