金与镓、汞、铑、铅、钨、钒和铜的浮选分离研究

Study on Floatation Separation of Au from Ga,Hg,Rh,Pb,W,V and Cu

  • 摘要: 在水溶液中,Au(III)与溴化钾、四丁基溴化铵形成不溶于水的三元配合物,此三元配合物沉淀浮于盐水相上层形成界面清晰的液-固两相,当溶液中溴化钾、四丁基溴化铵的浓度分别为2.5×10-2mol/L、2.0×10-3mol/L,pH 2.0时,Au(III)被定量浮选.Ga(Ⅲ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Rh(Ⅲ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、W(Ⅵ)、V(Ⅴ)和Cu(Ⅱ)离子在该体系中不被浮选,实现了Au(III)与这些离子的定量分离.

     

    Abstract: The flotation separation behavior of Au(III) with potassium bromide-tetrabutyl ammonium bromide system and the conditions for the separation of Au(III) from other metal ions were studied.The results showed that Au(Ⅲ) could be quantiatively separated from Ga(Ⅲ),Hg(Ⅱ),Rh(Ⅲ),Pb(Ⅱ),W(Ⅵ),V(Ⅴ) and Cu(Ⅱ) by flotation when the concentrations of potassium bromide and tetrabutylammonium bromide in solution were 2.5×10-2mol/L,2.0×10-3mol/L,pH2.0, respectively.
