采用有机碱矿化剂制备钙钛矿型CaTiO_3纳米粒子的研究

  • 摘要: 以四甲基氢氧化铵(N(CH3)4OH)为矿化剂,以Ca(NO3)2和钛酸丁酯的水解产物TiO(OH)2为原料进行水热合成反应,制备CaTiO3纳米粒子.采用XRD和TEM对合成的纳米粒子进行表征.通过对各种反应条件的选择,如前驱体浓度、pH、合成温度和时间,对纳米粒子的大小和形状进行控制.结果表明,在较低的温度甚至在130℃就能形成完整的正交晶型的CaTiO3纳米粒子,并且由于使用有机碱作为矿化剂,合成的纳米粒子纯度高,而且大小均匀.因此,是制备单分散CaTiO3纳米粒子的一个十分有效的方法.

     

    Abstract: CaTiO3 nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method with Ca(NO3)2 and TiO(OH)2 as precursors.The nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction pattern(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The sizes and morphologies of the nanoparticles were controlled with the adjustment of various reaction parameters,such as the concentrations of the precursors,pH,temperature and time,et al.The results showed that the crystallization of CaTiO3 could complete at relatively low temperatures even at 13...
