Abstract: The extractive results and stabilitg of Yellow pigment in rape flowers by using different solvent were investigated.The results obtained showed that the best extnadive solvent is ethyl ether.This yellow pigment has the characterization of base resistant,heat resisting,and stability to Na +、Zn 2+ 、Mg 2+ 、Ca 2+ ions.
