Cyclotrimerization of Alkynes in Poly(ethylene glycol)

摘要: 发展了一种在聚乙二醇介质中端基炔烃环三聚反应的方法,在氯化钯(0.04 mol)、氯化铜(1mmol)、PEG-400(1.5 g)的作用下,0.5 mmol端基炔烃可以顺利发生环三聚反应,区域选择性生成含苯环芳香族化合物,该反应产率较高,对环境友好,且催化体系可以适当地重复使用.Abstract: An efficient cyclotrimerization of terminal alkynes in poly(ethylene glycol)-400(PEG-400) has been developed.In the presence of PdCl2(0.04 mol),CuCl2(1 mmol) and PEG-400(1.5 g),a variety of terminal alkynes(1 mmol) underwent cyclotrimerization smoothly and formed regio-selectively the corresponding benzene derivates with good yield.It is worth while to note that the reaction was conducted under environment friendly conditions,and the catalyst could be properly recycled.
