Abstract: The four regular t distribution fractiles valued at WTBXp can be indicated by four simple formulas,which are table check free,easy to use and of small tolerance for representing the mean confidence interval at both international and national standards.When n=3,the confidence interval generates the probable error as △p≤0.16%,when n≥4,△p0.1%.
