摘要: 介绍了β-FeSi2的结构,β-FeSi2薄膜的光电特性以及β-FeSi2薄膜在太阳能电池方面的应用,指出了需要加强研究的方面.

Abstract: Researches on β-FeSi2 thin film have been reviewed in details from its crystal structure,photovoltaic properties to the applications in the solar cell field.The paper reveals the field that should be strengthened in the future study.
