Abstract: A new formula of the upper cutoff frequency fhf of multistage amplifier with parellel negativefeedback is gotten out by the method of circuit analysis according to kirchhoff's Law.This new formula can allroundly describe the relation between fhf and parameters in the circuit.It is proved that the method of block diagram doesn't give expression to kirchhoff's law of circuit.
