Abstract: D.Candidum is a rare Chinese herbal medicine.It main contains alkaloid,amino acid,hydroxybenzene and trace elements.So,it has high medical value.It is necessary to study the cultivating D.Candidum,including its chemical composition and medical effect etc.because savageness D.Candidum is becoming scarce.The contents of tan trace elements in D.Candidum were determined by atomic adsorption spectroscopy.The comparison of savageness D.Candidumand and cultivating D.Candidum were carried out.
