纤维素酶活力的测定

Determination of the Cellulase Activity

  • 摘要: 本实验是用改良梅尔茨（Ｍｅｒｚ）法测定纤维素酶的活力。在ｐＨ＝５．２，Ｔ＝３０℃，ｔ＝１６ｈ的条件下，测得纤维素酶的活力为１０００～１２００ｕ／ｇ之间。

     

    Abstract: The cellulase activity was determinated by Merz method,and the cellulase activity is betcoeen 1000 u/g to 1200 u/g under these conditions of pH(5.2),temperature(30℃)and time(16h).
