聚丁二烯/黏土纳米复合凝胶的流变行为研究

Studies on the Rheological Behavior of Polybutadiene/Clay Nanocomposite Gels

  • 摘要: 在恒定剪切速率下,利用旋转流变仪研究遥爪型聚丁二烯液体橡胶/有机黏土纳米复合凝胶的流变行为,同时利用X-射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等表征手段研究其微观结构.通过对此类纳米复合凝胶流变行为的测试,实现黏土片层在遥爪型聚丁二烯液体橡胶中分散过程的原位观测,并总结出影响遥爪型聚丁二烯液体橡胶/有机黏土纳米复合凝胶流变行为的主要因素

     

    Abstract: The rheological behavior of telechelic liquid polybutadiene rubber/organoclay nanocomposite gels has been studied under the steady shear performed on a HAAKE RheoStress 600 instrument.And the microstructure of nanocomposite gels was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The in-situ dispersion process of organoclay in telechelic liquid polybutadiene rubber was observed by rheological experiments,and some controlling factors were proposed to explain the ...
