La_2O_3掺杂对非晶碳薄膜的表面润湿性及血液相容性的影响

La_2O_3 Doped Amorphous Carbon Film and Affection for its Wettability and Blood-compatibility

  • 摘要: 采用射频磁控溅射技术制备非晶碳薄膜和La2O3掺杂的非晶碳薄膜.利用扫描电子显微镜\光电子能谱等方法对薄膜的结构进行了分析,采用血小板黏附实验评价薄膜的抗凝血性能.结果表明:非晶碳薄膜抗凝血性能的提高与其表面润湿性的变化密切相关,通过掺杂La2O3提高了非晶碳薄膜表面对血液蛋白的选择性吸附,使薄膜的血液相容性得到优化.分析了La2O3对材料血容性能的影响机制.

     

    Abstract: Amorphous carbon(a-C) and La2O3 doped a-C films were deposited on silicon substrates using a Radio-Frequency magnetron sputtering. The effect of doped rare earth on the microstructure,composition,surface morphology and hydrophilicity of a-C films were studied using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) ,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and contact angle test,respectively.
