均苯三酚的流动注射-化学发光分析法测定

Determination of phloroglucinol by flow injection chemiluminescence analysis

  • 摘要: 在碱性介质中,高碘酸钾氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,均苯三酚对此反应具有极强的增敏作用,据此建立了鲁米诺-高碘酸钾-均苯三酚化学发光体系测定均苯三酚的新方法.均苯三酚的浓度在2.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.8×10-8mol/L,对1.0×10-6mol/L的均苯三酚11次测定的相对标准偏差为1.5%;并对河水中均苯三酚进行了测定,结果满意.

     

    Abstract: A novel, simple flow injection chemiluminescence method was presented for the determination of phloroglucinol. In the system of luminol-KIO_4 phloroglucinol, a trace amount of phloroglucinol can enhance the chemiluminescence intensity. The linear range for the detection of phloroglucinol is 2.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-5) mol/L, the detection limit is 7.8×10~(-8) mol/L. This method has been used for the determination of phloroglucinol in river water with satisfactory results.
