Abstract: In order to change people's traditional economical view and the values bias that green buildings are costly,the composition of green building's life-circle cost and its economic and technical evaluation index system is studied in this paper.The green building's economic benefits is accessed from the aspect of green building's life-circle cost.This will make people have deep understanding about the value of the green building.Thus,people will develop and protect green building naturally.
