铁皮石斛内生真菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Dendrobium candidum

摘要: 从铁皮石斛(Dendrobium candidum)的根、茎、叶中分离获得内生真菌共30株,经显微形态观察将其中20株鉴定为3个目、4个科、9个属.结果表明,铁皮石斛不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布和种群存有差异.

Abstract: Thirty strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem and leaf of Dendrobium candidum,and twenty strains of them were morphologically identified belong to nine genera,four families and three orders.It has shown that quantity,species,and distributing of the endophytic fungi varied in different parts of Dendrobium candidum.
