Abstract: There are few connective tissue in the liver of Trionyx sinensis and the dividing lines of the hepatic lobules are unclear. The hepatic lobule is composed of hepatocytes and hepatic sinusoids. The polyhedronal hepatocytes are arranged in shape of block or cords. There are narrow and small hepatic sinusoids among hepatic blocks or cords. Branches of blood vessel and hepatic duct can be seen near capsule but not in deep of the liver.
