含氟单体对丙烯酸酯多元共聚体系表面改性行为研究
Surface Modifying Behavior of Fluorine-containing Monomer on a Co-polymer of Acrylic Esters

摘要: 以全氟辛基(N-乙基-N-丙烯酸乙酯基)磺酰胺(QG-F814)为改性剂,以溶液聚合的方法制备含氟丙烯酸树脂.通过测定水在聚合物薄膜表面的接触角的方法研究了含氟单体QG-F814对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁脂(BA)、苯乙烯(ST)、α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)四元共聚物表面性能的影响.研究表明,在共聚过程中适当时间加入少量(5wt.%)含氟单体就可以使共聚物表面获得很好的疏水性,使聚合物表面对水的接触角从80°增大到108°以上.Abstract: The surface modifying behaviors of a fluorinecontaining monomer perfluoro-octane(N-ethyl,N-ethyl acrylate) sulphamide(trade name QG-F814) on a copolymer based on Methel Acrylic MMA,BA,St and MAA has been studied through water contact angle measurements.The surface repellency of the polymer has been strongly strengthened by adding about 5 wt.% QG-F814.The water contact angle can reache to about 108°(modified polyner film) from 80°(unmodified polymer film).
